An exciting position has opened at AdentureLife SA for a talented, multi-skilled content creator.
This is an in-house position, and the candidate will be required to work from home and on location where required. You will report to the company director for final approvals but will be primarily self-managed.
Our ideal content creator candidate must be resourceful, enthusiastic, energetic, willing to work hard, goal and deadline-driven and innovative.
The position requires the following skills:
Essential Skills
Driver’s licence and good driving ability.
Intermediate camera skills and an eye for detail in photo and video work.
Intermediate Lightroom, Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar) literacy.
Understanding of narrative for story / concept planning.
Can conceptualise and write project briefs / scripts for input and comment.
Capability to direct and shoot simple short content pieces according to a plan and script.
Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office literate.
Bonus Skills
Motion graphics.
Graphic design.
Work Environment

Able to deliver within same-day turnaround times when required.

Willing to work after / odd hours, where required.
This position requires meticulous planning, persistence and endurance.
The Junior Content Creator will be responsible for the following tasks:
Researching subjects and building storylines.
Producing small-scale social media shoots, often planned and directed by you.
Location scouting.
Event and social media / corporate photography.
Event and social media / corporate videography.
Editing, resizing and touching up photos in Lightroom.
Loading photos onto websites and other platforms.
Editing videos in Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects (or similar).
Designing content/banners/posts for social media, websites etc.

Selection Process
There will be two rounds in our selection process.
Candidates selected from their initial applications will be invited to an interview.
Successful candidates after the interview will be offered a contract of employment, beginning in February or March 2024.
